: (1) If any complaint is received in any body other than the police office regarding organized crime, if such body has attached the complaint and any evidence related to the case of financial investment in corruption, money laundering and aggressive activities, it should also be attached to the relevant body and In case of other complaints, it should be sent to the concerned police office immediately.
(2) In relation to any action that is considered a crime according to the prevailing law, if the investigation by the authorized body or official to investigate the crime shows that such crime is a serious crime, the complaint, the accused person and the documents prepared in connection with the investigation and the evidence must be immediately sent to the relevant police office. However, according to the prevailing law, the agency or officer who investigates cases related to financial investment in corruption, money laundering and invasive activities shall investigate such cases themselves.
(3) According to subsection (1) or (2), if a complaint, accused person, document or evidence is received, the concerned police office shall investigate and take necessary action.
